Commissioned works

Select commissioned oil paintings are accepted on a limited basis each year.

The primary focus of the studio is large-scale performance studies - works that examine suspension, alignment, and the psychological intensity of the sport horse. Compositions are intentionally cropped and free of environmental distraction, allowing structure, elevation, and presence to remain central.

Horse-only large-scale contemporary works are the foundation of commissioned pieces. Subtle rider presence may be incorporated when aligned with the artist’s vision.

Each commission is developed through consultation, reference review, and compositional study to ensure the final work reflects both performance integrity and artistic direction.
